Deposit & Payment
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment, before the service begins. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to a rescheduled date.
Rescheduling
Life happens. If you need to reschedule, please give at least 48 hours notice. Your deposit will be transferred to your new booking date. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment forfeit the deposit.
Trials
A trial is strongly recommended for bridal clients. This is a separate appointment where we collaborate on your look, test products, and ensure everything is perfect before the big day.
Preparation
Please arrive with a clean, moisturised face and no eye makeup. If you have a specific look in mind, bring reference photos. The more we know, the better we can prepare.
