Yes, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment, before the service begins. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to a rescheduled date.

Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule. Your deposit will be transferred to your new booking date. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will unfortunately forfeit the deposit. Tamieka understands that life is unpredictable and will always try to accommodate where possible.

A standard makeup application takes approximately 60 to 90 minutes. Bridal makeup, including a more detailed and layered application, typically takes 2 to 2.5 hours.

Please arrive with a clean, moisturised face and no eye makeup. If you have any skin concerns (such as dryness, sensitivity, or breakouts), let Tamieka know in advance. Bringing reference photos of looks you love is always helpful; the more she knows going in, the better the result.

A trial is a separate appointment, typically done 4 to 8 weeks before your event, where you and Tamieka work together to refine and finalise your look. Trials are strongly recommended for brides. They give you the opportunity to test the makeup, see how it wears, and make any adjustments before the big day.

Yes, lash application can be included in most services. Whether you prefer a natural strip lash or a more dramatic effect, Tamieka will recommend the right style for your look and occasion. Please mention this when booking so it can be factored into the appointment time.
